  • No worries, please contact us via our contact us page and we can confirm where the item is. Please ensure you have paid for the correct delivery otherwise the item will not be dispatched. Note - Goods may well be received on different days, couriers or deliveries within the 10-day delivery time frame. We are not liable if you dispose of your current bed prior to the delivery of your new bed.

  • If your item is damaged more than the listings specifies please contact us and we will rectify this for you.

  • We do offer Named Day Service for a Fee of £40 if you order 13 items or less. We also offer a named day service for £80 if you order between 13-20 items. You will be contacted to choose your day of delivery upon purchase.

  • Unfortunately, we do not reserve items. We have a limited stock of items so it is first come first served.

  • Delivery is 3-5 working days.

  • Our opening hours are Monday -Friday 7am-11.45am then 1.15-2pm.

  • No, delivery is not free. Our delivery is based on how many items you purchase. Please ensure you select the correct delivery for your items, if the wrong delivery is selected the order will be cancelled.

  • We're sorry. We work hard with our couriers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays. However, we cannot always ensure the courier will be able to deliver the item s on the day specified. Therefore, we advise you not to dispose of your old bed or product prior to delivery. We are unable to compensate for this.
